About the Role
We are seeking a Program and Scholarship Administration Specialist (Virtual Team) to coordinate and oversee the effective delivery of a wide range of tasks. Reporting to the Team Leader, Program & Scholarship Administration (Virtual Team) and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:
- Coordinate and oversee the effective delivery of a wide range of tasks supported by The Smith Family's volunteers, including in-office Adelaide volunteers as well as volunteers working virtually.
- Participate in special projects and working groups to ensure effective delivery of programs.
- Conduct recruitment, induction, training, and supervision of volunteers to complete tasks within agreed timeframes and to determined quality standards.
- Conduct specialist activity to support the overall management of virtual volunteering and operational tasks.
About You
We are looking for someone with highly developed organisational and administrative skills, who is able to engage with, support, and manage the contribution of virtual volunteers sourced from a variety of backgrounds. You will also need to be able to communicate with varied audiences, including the capacity to deliver training, and have advanced computer literacy with intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Web technologies.
