About the Role

The NSW Government is seeking a highly skilled Grant Administration Specialist to join our team in Parramatta.

">

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting grant applicants and recipients with accurate completion of all program documentation, in line with program guidelines and approved Funding Deeds.

">

You will review eligibility of applicant organisations and nominated projects against grant program guidelines, review and maintain grant documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure compliance.

">

Additionally, you will monitor grant projects to ensure they are completed against established milestones and deliverables and assess the financial acquittal of grant projects.

">

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to quality customer service.

">

Key Responsibilities

  • Support grant applicants and recipients with accurate completion of all program documentation.">
  • Review eligibility of applicant organisations and nominated projects against grant program guidelines.">
  • Review and maintain grant documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes.">
  • Monitor grant projects to ensure they are completed against established milestones and deliverables.">
  • Assess the financial acquittal of grant projects.">
  • Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

A minimum of intermediate Excel skills would be an advantage. Grant management experience and a working understanding of the SmartyGrants/OneGMS platform will be highly desirable.

">

Successful candidates will be flexible and proactive, with a strong commitment to quality customer service.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $106,025 - $117,363 per annum, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
