Job DescriptionThe Senior Ecommerce Product Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the entire ecommerce journey, from shopfront to sales and account management. This involves ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions to optimize digital sales flows, prioritizing delivery of requirements, and driving continuous improvement.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and work with technical experts to manage the translation of product and business requirements into actual technology solutions.
- Define and prioritize ecommerce product initiatives aligned with commercial objectives and customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in ecommerce product offerings.
- Work closely with UX to define the MVP based on stakeholder requirements, customer needs, UX best practices, and business objectives.
- Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital product management with a focus on ecommerce and MarTech.
- Strong understanding of technology principles and methodologies, with experience working closely with technology teams.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
