About the Role

This is a high-profile role within Oracle Consulting, instrumental to our future and growing success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the new relationship Sales team and wider Oracle sales teams to delight customers and expand ARR.
  • Engage in external relations with customers and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead or take part in account planning and strategic development for targeted accounts, fostering relationships with clients.
  • Monitor success plans to ensure consistent delivery and build a healthy pipeline of advocates and future expansion opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of the delivery team, from recruiting and career development to performance management and talent management.
  • Oversee client proposal submissions, client presentations, and support the team through end-to-end business solutions.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 8+ years of project or direct line management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix management environment with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus, with selling skills preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed, with strong leadership skills, communication, and negotiation skills.
