
High-Level IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:
This role is for a System Administrator to oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure all systems, support activities and products are maintained.
Main Responsibilities:- Handle complex incident management and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor and manage service operations to guarantee the smooth functioning of systems and processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage service requests and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in service processes.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize service disruptions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address product-related service issues and recommend improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and work with problem management to implement solutions.
- A minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a System Administrator role or similar.
- Experience in either Network, Linux or Application/System support.
- Must have dealt directly with external customers delivering to SLAs.
- Broad understanding of server systems, Linux commands or network administration.
- Incident, problem and change management skills.
