This dynamic position involves providing high-level support to two key executives, managing complex diaries, travel, inboxes, and expenses. You will also coordinate leadership team meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions to completion.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex schedules for the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Chief People Officer
- Coordinate leadership team meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing minutes
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including printing and distributing marketing materials
- Oversee onboarding support for new hires, including preparation and distribution of welcome packs
- Assist with the organization of key events, workshops, and team offsites
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and liaise with external agencies and partners
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Sydney Support Centre, including locker and access pass management
- Act as a trusted interface between the Executive's office and internal stakeholders
- Support reporting, including monthly executive reports
- Maintain confidentiality, particularly in relation to sensitive business information
