
High-Level Administrative Support Specialist

The primary function of this role is to provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Early Education, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient coordination. This position plays a pivotal part in fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as supporting the strategic priorities of the Head of Early Education.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be expected to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing timely updates and ensuring smooth transitions.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to adapt to changing timelines, deadlines, and significant events. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, allowing them to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- High level of proficiency in use of common office computer applications e.g., Office 365, Electronic Document Records Management System (HPE Content Manager) etc.
