Payroll Transformation Expert

As a highly skilled Payroll Transformation Expert, you will lead and configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions to deliver end-to-end implementation projects across varied industries.

  • Configure and implement SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions to meet client needs
  • Deliver payroll transformation projects with high quality and efficiency
  • Provide expert guidance on payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
  • Mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
  • Proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desired)
  • Ability to lead solution design and run client workshops
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Legal working rights in Australia
