Operational Incident Manager

We are seeking an experienced incident management professional to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely identification, recording, and resolution of incidents.
About the Position:The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, a background in project management or business analysis, and experience with incident or issue management in the financial services sector.
- Manage and track progress of incident response activities, coordinating across teams to investigate, analyze, and remediate incidents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and drive down incident volume through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system, ensuring data accuracy and performing quality assurance checks.
- Conduct trend analysis and prepare regular reporting for stakeholders on incident patterns and performance against targets.
Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline are preferred. The successful candidate will be proactive, solutions-focused, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
