Incident Management Specialist

The Incident Operations Lead/Business Analyst is a key role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the incident and issue management processes.
This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify, record, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day management of incident response activities, managing and tracking progress of incident resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting trend analysis and preparing regular reporting for senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operations management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
They will also have experience in coordinating cross-functional activities or projects, including stakeholder engagement and reporting.
Other desirable qualifications include tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline, previous experience in incident remediation or issue management roles, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
