Incident Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Incident Operations Lead/Business Analyst to oversee the management of incident and issue processes, ensuring timely identification, recording, and resolution. The successful candidate will coordinate with stakeholders across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily incident response activities, coordinating with business units to investigate, analyze, and remediate incidents.
- Manage and track progress of incident resolution, ensuring timely closure and escalation of risks or delays to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reduce incident frequency.
- Support and maintain Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems, ensuring data accuracy and performing quality assurance checks.
- Analyze trends and prepare regular reports for senior stakeholders on incident patterns and performance against targets.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management with a solid understanding of risk, compliance, and incident management in superannuation or financial services.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional activities or projects, including stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Familiarity with GRC systems and incident management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex data and identifying trends.
