Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our team at I-MED. As a key member of our service desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and assisting with their enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to calls in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating care and empathy for our customers.
