Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Real Estate Valuation and Advisory team in the Healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with major Healthcare valuations and transactions
  • Providing financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a variety of projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets
  • Conducting vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sector
  • Delivering market research and trend analysis, as well as contributing to thought leadership papers
  • Collaborating on new and innovative Healthcare practices
  • Supporting the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication
  • Demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or Assistant Valuer
  • A general understanding of the Health and Aged Care sectors
  • Proven client-facing experience with excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred
