Key Responsibilities- Support on major Healthcare valuations and transactions by providing financial and feasibility modelling assistance for income-producing and development assets.
- Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets while collaborating on new and innovative Healthcare practices.
- Assist in the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients, providing market research and trend analysis and contributing to thought leadership papers.

Required Skills and Attributes- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Have demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or Assistant Valuer with a general understanding of the Health and Aged Care sectors.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills.
