Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team as a senior recruitment consultant. This challenging role requires an experienced recruiter who wants to take their career to the next level and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes in the healthcare sector.

About the Role

In this key position, you will play a vital part in client development, candidate sourcing, and the end-to-end recruitment process. You will work closely with clients to build strong partnerships, while delivering high-quality candidates and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • You must have a solid understanding of nursing practices and the healthcare environment.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive growth.
  • Proactively source, screen, and manage candidates through multiple channels.
  • Provide candidates with expert advice on market trends, salary levels, and career opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
  • Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to team targets.
