As a Manager, Real Estate Valuation & Advisory, you will collaborate with a highly experienced and dedicated Healthcare Team within a national Real Estate, Transactions, and Delivery practice.

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, where you will have the opportunity to elevate and shape your career experience across all Health and Aged Care sectors, including Hospitals, Aged Care, and Retirement industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist on major Healthcare valuations and transactions by providing high-quality advice and analysis.
  • Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sector.
  • Provide market research and trend analysis, and contribute to thought leadership papers.
  • Collaborate on new and innovative Healthcare practices by developing strategic plans and implementing effective solutions.
  • Support the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients by identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Utilise real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or as an Assistant Valuer.
  • A general understanding of the Health and Aged Care sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred.
