The Role

We are seeking high-calibre graduates or students in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Finance or Commerce to join our Bid Development and Project Finance team.

As a Global Infrastructure Development Professional, you will work on identifying and evaluating project opportunities, developing business cases, and managing project finance.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Operating Companies, such as CPB Contractors, Leighton Asia, Sedgman, UGL, or EIC Activities, to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential project opportunities;
  • Develop and manage project pipelines, including bid development and project financing;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes;
  • Provide analytical and technical support to project managers and executives;
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Finance or Commerce;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software;
