Global Project Lead

About the Role
OneSchool Global is a leading global education organization with a presence in 20 countries and over 9,000 students. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead organization-wide projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project management plans, ensuring successful project delivery within agreed timescales and budget.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different streams to ensure robust project management principles are embedded across the organization.
- Act as a project management coach and advisor for team members and senior colleagues across OSG.
- Active identification and management of project risks and issues, including legal, data privacy, and regulatory compliance risks.
- Preparation of project documentation, including governance/Board level reports, status reports, risks, and presentations.
- Monitoring progress, identifying emerging issues, risks, and problem-solving to ensure all approval processes and program-agreed processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines are followed.
- Use relationships as the foremost tool to progress project delivery and achieve the best outcomes with all levels and categories of stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively to support other areas of the organization as required.
- Apply a change management methodology to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
About You
- Recognized project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, AMP).
- Understanding and awareness of different organizational development and change management models and approaches.
- 5+ years of experience in a PMO within a large, complex organization.
- Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
- Experience in a global organization (preferred).
- Experience in the education sector (preferred).
