About the Role:
  • Strategically partner with key stakeholders to implement People & Culture programs that deliver meaningful solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and support on all people management processes, ER, and other P&C related matters.
  • Contribute to lifting leadership capabilities and continually improving employee relations processes.
About You:
  • Extensive generalist and/or Business Partner HR experience across various P&C specialties.
  • Demonstrated successes in translating People and Culture programs into impactful solutions for clients.
  • Profound understanding of employment legislation, industrial agreements, and associated processes.
Requirements:
  • NDIS Screening Workers Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
