Compensation Lead

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our compensation strategy and drive the design and delivery of reward, benefits and recognition programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in shaping remuneration, HR systems and people analytics, ideally gained within large, fast-moving retail or complex organisation.

Job Description

The Role:

  • Develop strategic reward, benefits and recognition programs that align with business goals and market expectations.
  • Oversee executive remuneration, governance and compliance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing team across reward, systems and reporting, with a strong focus on clarity and impact.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure remuneration strategies support both people and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field.
  • Deep experience in shaping remuneration, HR systems and people analytics.
  • Strong expertise in executive reward and governance.
  • A natural leader and trusted partner who influences with authenticity, builds meaningful relationships at senior levels, and drives clear, strategic outcomes.
