Organisational Strategist

About the Role:

The CEO is accountable for overseeing the day-to-day operations and overall administration of our organisation. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for executing the strategic direction set by the Board and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our audience and sustainability of our initiatives.

Delivering these reforms requires strong and collaborative leadership to drive a significant uplift in organisational capability. Major transformations in service delivery, workforce development, and ICT systems are underway to meet our objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of policy set by the Board and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of service delivery, finance, integrity and stakeholder engagement.
  • Establish a clear strategic vision and inspire others to work towards it.
  • Articulate a clear direction for the organisation.
