Business Partner Role

This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in Geelong, with flexibility to work remotely.

  • Deliver key end-to-end people and culture support to the business.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive performance and identify capability needs.

As a Business Partner, you will be part of a highly motivated and dedicated team responsible for delivering critical services to stakeholders.

You will succeed by building strong relationships with business stakeholders, undertaking effective research and analysis, and making informed decisions to drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated HR generalist experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in HR or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing casework, including employee relations investigations, grievance resolution, and performance improvement processes.
