Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our ROVER Level 1 Support team. As the first point of contact for industry, businesses and individuals, you will be responsible for managing the call centre and high-volume inbox.

About the Role
  • Manage and oversee the ROVER Level 1 Support team, including staff performance and development.
  • Oversight and maintenance of up-to-date scripts and templates.
  • Develop and implement training materials for ROVER Level 1.
  • Respond to complex emails and calls as secondary escalation point.
  • Engage with stakeholders about their applications and related policy and standards.
  • Contribute to operational discussions regarding Road Vehicle Standards Act 2018 and Road Vehicle Standards Rules 2019.
  • Provide statistical and other reporting as necessary.
  • Prepare executive briefing material and analytical reports relating to issues identified through ROVER Level 1.
