**Job Overview**
The Investigations Branch has multiple Executive Level 1 positions available across the Investigation teams. As a Case Manager, you will lead cases according to quality and risk management practices.
- Leading a collaborative case team that works effectively with specialist advisors and utilises decision-making processes and systems to deliver timely advice and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensuring investigatory rigour and effective case management principles are met through evidence-based, transparent, independent and impartial decision-making.
- Producing, supervising and/or co-ordinating all case outputs including case management planning; report writing; producing case records (evidence, analysis, risks and issues, briefing notes, meeting notes etc.) and case communications.
Case Managers also have a broader leadership role across the Investigation Branch, including leading innovation and practice development, leading aspects of staff training and capability development, supporting a strong and inclusive workplace culture and contributing to engagement with international counterparts.
A comprehensive training program is provided to ensure your success in the role.
