Senior Vehicle Safety Operations Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our ROVER Level 1 Support team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of experts in vehicle safety operations, including a call centre and high-volume inbox.
- Oversight and maintenance of up-to-date scripts and templates to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement training materials for ROVER Level 1 specialists.
- Provide expert advice on complex emails and calls as a secondary escalation point.
- Engage with stakeholders about their applications and related policy and standards.
- Contribute to operational discussions on the Road Vehicle Standards Act 2018 and Road Vehicle Standards Rules 2019.
- Prepare statistical reports and executive briefing material on issues identified through ROVER Level 1.
- Effective leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders in a professional manner.
