
Business Development Leader

**Job Opportunity**
A business development leader is required to deliver sales objectives by leading, coaching and motivating a team of risk account managers.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, able to develop relationships with key stakeholders, including underwriting and claims leaders. This will enable them to provide win/win outcomes for their team members, customers and the business.
In a regulated environment, the role will be critical in ensuring compliance with various regulatory obligations through regular reviews and managing outcomes in accordance with risk advisory & audit policy.
This is a field and home-based role, requiring the ability to work autonomously and travel. The successful candidate must be RG146 compliant.
The remuneration package includes a competitive salary, fully maintained motor vehicle, associated tools of the trade, and a generous incentive scheme.
