Job Title: Business Development Leader
Job Description:The role of a Business Development Leader is to drive growth and revenue expansion by developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed targets. You will lead regional sales teams, manage multicultural teams, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and execution of the divisional business plan and annual targets
- Manage and execute the growth strategy and achieve agreed sales targets in allocated markets
- Consistently drive revenue growth, surpassing set financial targets and maximising profitability
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting which supports strategic decision-making
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or extensive experience
- Understanding of the allocated market, including cultural nuances, economic conditions, and regulatory environments
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market forecasts, and competitive landscape
- Proficiency in implementing sales strategies tailored to the allocated regions
