Job Title: Head of Business Development

About the Role

This is a business-critical leadership position that will see the successful candidate lead the National Strategic Business Development function.

The ideal candidate will set and execute a robust national business development plan, identify and build a pipeline of targeted strategic accounts, network up to C-suite level, coach, train, support and develop the business development team, negotiate and close complex deals to win market share.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in business or relevant field (preferred)
  • Experience across one of the following aligned industries; Warehouse design & fit out, Logistics & Transport, Materials Handling or Transport Equipment
  • Be a highly organised and driven strategic business development leader
  • Hands on authentic leadership style, someone who leads from the front with impact and high energy
  • Results focused and well-developed customer service skills
