Your Role in Our Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Systems Analyst to contribute to our growth strategy. In this pivotal position, you will manage and enhance our planning and reporting tools, ensuring they drive empowerment, precision, and efficiency. You will also play a key role in facilitating our global budgeting and planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our global financial planning tool, focusing on education, enablement, and self-service reporting.
  • Assist the FP&A team during quarterly and annual planning cycles, including automation through the planning tool.
  • Create models for FP&A initiatives that yield accurate, insightful, and easily interpretable data to support decision-making.
  • Utilize clear and professional communication skills to effectively present the results of your analyses.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a super user of Workday Adaptive Planning, including the ability to gather requirements and configure builds independently or with support.
  • Experience with other planning tools is advantageous.
  • Background in supporting global budgeting cycles.
  • Proficient in assisting with various FP&A activities and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a creative approach.

Essential Skills and Experience

  1. Proficiency in Adaptive Planning (mandatory) and familiarity with another planning tool (preferred).
  2. Experience in FP&A with contributions to global budgeting and planning cycles.

Success Metrics

  1. Achieve a comprehensive understanding of the planning tool (Workday Adaptive Planning).
  2. Contribute to the roadmap and evolve the tool based on team requirements.
  3. Drive efficiency, value, and utilization of the planning tool proactively.
