Your Role in Shaping a Better Workplace

We are in search of a talented Senior Financial Planning Systems Analyst to support our growth strategy at Culture Amp. In this pivotal role, you will manage, enhance, and utilize our planning and reporting tools to promote empowerment, precision, and efficiency. Additionally, you will play a vital part in facilitating the global budgeting and planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advance the development of our global financial planning tool, focusing on education, enablement, and self-service reporting.
  • Assist the FP&A team during quarterly and annual planning cycles, including automation through the planning tool.
  • Create models for FP&A initiatives that yield accurate, insightful, and easily interpretable information to guide decision-making.
  • Utilize clear, professional communication skills to effectively present the results of your analyses.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience and enthusiasm as a Workday Adaptive Planning super user, including the capability to gather requirements and configure builds independently or with support.
  • Experience with other planning tools is a plus.
  • Background in supporting global budgeting cycles.
  • Strong capability to assist with various FP&A activities and projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a creative approach.

Essential Skills and Experience

  1. Proficiency in Adaptive Planning (mandatory) and familiarity with another tool (preferred).
  2. Experience in FP&A, particularly in global budgeting and planning cycles.

Success Metrics in Three Months

  1. Achieved a comprehensive understanding of the planning tool (Workday Adaptive Planning).
  2. Contributed to the roadmap and evolution of the tool based on team needs.
  3. Proactively enhanced efficiency, value, and utilization of the planning tool.
