About the Role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the business's financial operations. This position will ensure the integrity of financial reports provided to stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, shareholder reports, and Board reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated budgets and forecasts as required.
  • Prepare accurate monthly profit share and statistical reporting in a timely manner as requested by government bodies and approved institutions.
  • Assist with the investigation of financial information, audit processes, and ad hoc reporting and analytics as required.

About You

You will be a qualified accountant with extensive relevant experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis or Management Reporting role for a large, complex organization. You will possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience in the preparation and collation of financial information.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, combined with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle competing demands and work to tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex business issues to Executives.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting.
