We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Tabcorp. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business success through financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders and executives.
  • Forecasting and Cash Flow Management: Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, including cash flow and capital metric analysis, to inform business decisions.
  • Investor Relations and Presentations: Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to the Board and Executive Team, as well as coordinate and prepare investor presentations.
  • Budgeting and Strategic Planning: Lead the annual Budget and Strategic Planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Business Insights and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in large, complex, and regulated businesses.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as CA or CPA.
  • Skills: Strong commercial and strategic mindset, results-driven approach, and excellent communication and influencing skills.
