Job Title: Director of Business Growth Strategy

The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of business growth strategies, focusing on innovative marketing solutions and client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Design and execute marketing-led campaigns that deliver results and exceed client expectations.
  • Lead a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Monitor revenue forecasting and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Define key campaign success metrics and ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Build strong relationships with media owners and leverage professional networks to attract top talent.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in a media agency or publishing/media sales environment.
  • Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and passion for delivering results.
  • Strong client servicing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent market and media industry knowledge, historical and current.
  • Strong financial management skills and business acumen.
  • Proven team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Understanding of and success in providing clients with diversified service and product solutions.
