Job Description

This is a challenging role for an experienced leader who can drive business growth and excellence in a dynamic environment. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple branches across an assigned area and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly with a high standard of presentation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing leadership development programs for team members.
  2. Providing guidance and support to team members, including communicating clear goals and expectations.
  3. Motivating and empowering team members to achieve exceptional results.
  4. Managing business performance by monitoring key metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  5. Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  6. Setting targets and managing performance to ensure deliverables are met.
  7. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing changes to optimize business processes.
  9. Managing expenditure and budgets for multiple sites.
  10. Maximizing fleet utilization within the region.
  11. Ensuring effective recruitment and onboarding practices.
  12. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.

You will also be responsible for building relationships with suppliers, staying up-to-date with market conditions, and project managing maintenance, towing, warranty, sale cars, and ongoing operational requirements of your region.
