Marketing Director

As a Marketing Director, you will play a key role in shaping the brand and growth strategy for a cutting-edge healthcare company. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive sustainable growth and strengthen brand equity.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated digital strategies, brand management, and multi-channel campaigns at scale.

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Medical Directors, Legal Counsel, Growth, and Communications teams.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on clinical accuracy, governance, and go-to-market priorities.

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging martech to keep our marketing modern, responsible, and effective.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing within healthcare or regulated industries; telehealth or medicinal cannabis exposure welcomed.

  • Strong working knowledge of Australian healthcare advertising standards (AHPRA, TGA) and operationalising compliance.

  • Proven success leading integrated digital strategies, brand management, and multi-channel campaigns at scale.

  • Demonstrated ability to build partner programs and referral engines that compound growth.

  • Track record building and coaching multidisciplinary teams; comfortable setting clear priorities, feedback rhythms, and performance standards.

  • Confidence with analytics, attribution, and CRM to inform decisions and report ROI.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across clinical, legal, executive, and operations teams.

  • Patient-centred, ethical marketing approach and a builder's mindset.
