
Senior Corporate Relationship Manager

As an experienced Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of corporate accounts, partnering with pub and restaurant chains, groups, clubs, and venues. Your key focus will be on managing these relationships, providing high-level customer service and advice to clients across the portfolio.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts, ensuring seamless service, development, and maintenance.
- Building close personal relationships with key client contacts and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Conducting annual pre-renewal meetings to review clients' current and future business plans, preparing renewal and new business reports as needed.
- Supporting, managing, and training Account Brokers/Assistant Account Brokers to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Scheduling and attending meetings to understand clients' specific insurance requirements, arranging specialized cover where necessary.
- Ensuring awareness of all client claims and their progress.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Broker in general insurance.
- Excellent product knowledge of ISR & Property.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality in all aspects of your work.
- Tier 1 qualification.
