Corporate Banking Opportunity

As a key member of our Large-cap portfolio team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with public and private companies based in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with banking professionals to originate new business opportunities from clients.
  • Identify, assess, and review client profiles, credit transaction risks, structuring, and documentation of client credit requests.
  • Work closely with underwriting teams on client and credit risk analysis, transaction structuring, and documentation relating to credit requests.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients and manage day-to-day inquiries.
  • Support the deal team in generating continuous financing, corporate finance, treasury services, and markets opportunities.
  • Review complex financial models used for internal credit decisioning, particularly for new transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, with strong credit or corporate finance background.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling skills, knowledge of corporate or investment banking products, and execution experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and be a highly motivated team player.
