Job Description

As a member of our Contact Centre team, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support through inbound and outbound calls.

  • Manage patient bookings into imaging procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Advise patients on pre-appointment preparation to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Enter patient and referrer information across systems with attention to detail.
  • Process billing and liaise with referring doctors and technical teams to provide seamless support.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate approach that puts patients at ease.
