Contact Centre Agent

The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with 8 hour shifts between 8am - 5:15pm.
**Role Overview**:
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Advising patients of preparation for relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
**What we're looking for**:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
Eagerness to learn.
