**About the Company**
Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We currently have multiple opportunities for experienced Contact Centre Consultants to commence a contract through within a State Government department.
**About the Role**
As a Contact Centre Consultant, this role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience for customer’s queries and assisting with a positive attitude. Addition duties include:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a professional and courteous service so client enquiries are answered and processed, relevant information is obtained, and an accurate and timely response is provided in accordance with service level standards.
- Document and create file notes for responses provided and any actions taken in response to clients’ enquiries where required
- Retrieve call messages from the relevant enquiries register, identify those requiring action and engage in follow-up calls in line with customer service standards
- Assist in the completion of administrative tasks in support of the Compliance Team or other members of the Community Information Team as required.
**About You**
- Previous experience in a high volume fast-paced call centre would be highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Confidently engaging with customers
- Capable of using multiple systems and streams to navigate customer enquiries
