**Job Opportunity for a Skilled Contact Centre Professional**

We are seeking an experienced contact centre specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Enter updates to client records, including change of ownership or address, lessee information, mortgagee details, direct debit information, etc.
  • Handle enquiries such as payment adjustments, refunds, and provide copies of notices, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints by listening, clarifying information, adjusting accounts, refunding payments, and engaging the relevant parties, etc.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and tasks, recording details of enquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken, ensuring all data is entered to our systems in an accurate and timely manner.

**Requirements**

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Work as a collaborative team player, able to quickly find common ground and solve problems for the good of the team.
  • Display clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize yourself and set priorities in order to achieve your work goals, using time management skills to ensure maximum quality and productivity.
  • Be open to change and receive constructive feedback.
