Contact Centre Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in a contact centre environment.

This role involves managing the first point of contact with patients, handling inbound and outbound calls to book appointments for imaging procedures such as MRI, Ultrasound and X-Ray.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to book appointments for patients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients over the phone
  • Advise patients on preparation needed prior to their procedure
  • Ensure accurate information is entered and reviewed
  • Liaise with referring doctors and operate our booking system

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with patients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Able to prioritise workload and multitask effectively
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously
