Job Title: Philanthropy Manager

This is an ongoing, full-time role that commences soon. Note that this position involves some after-hours and weekend work due to its nature.

  • A strong professional network in the fundraising community.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport, interact effectively at all levels of the organization, and develop credible internal and external relationships and networks.
  • Demonstrated high-level conceptual and analytical skills, as applied to research, complex problem-solving resolution, and the capacity to translate strategic thinking into practical activities and solutions.
  • Ability to collate, maintain, and mine databases for philanthropic purposes and advanced Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and obtaining approval of business cases and implementing strategic programs to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Familiarity with taxation and corporate regulation laws and requirements relating to donations and philanthropy.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Current Employee Working with Children Check.
  • National Police History Check (Obtained within the last 6 months).
