Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Campaigns Specialist to lead the execution of our major annual appeals and supporter retention programs.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless end-to-end delivery of our fundraising campaigns, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external fundraising agencies to execute multi-channel campaigns that inspire and retain donors.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar fundraising role, leading the delivery of income generation campaigns and supporter retention campaigns across digital, direct mail, and telemarketing channels.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordination and Management of major annual appeals and supporter retention communications
  • Working closely with fundraising agency Donor Republic and other external suppliers to develop and deliver effective fundraising campaigns
  • Analyzing and Evaluating fundraising campaigns to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Using data and insights to inform campaign decisions and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a similar fundraising role, leading the delivery of income generation campaigns and supporter retention campaigns
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external fundraising agencies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and evaluation
