Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Fundraising Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising events that drive income growth and increase engagement.

About the Role:

The Event Fundraising Professional will lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of all fundraising events and peer-to-peer campaigns. This includes managing event logistics, budgets, suppliers, and risk to ensure seamless execution. You will also be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with sponsors, event committees, and suppliers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years' experience in fundraising, event management, or not-for-profit development.
  • Proven success in delivering high-impact events and achieving income targets.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
