Job Opportunity: Community Fundraising Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Community Fundraising Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a real difference in the lives of people in need. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating various fundraising activities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team with coordination of fundraising events and campaigns, including distribution of materials
  • Handle inbound/outbound supporter communications via phone, email & mail
  • Maintain accurate records across fundraising systems
  • Maintain donation registers and coordinate logistics of gift-in-kind donations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration and/or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Qualifications in marketing/fundraising and/or experience in the not-for-profit sector are highly regarded
