Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Fundraising Manager to lead our community fundraising efforts and execute signature events. This role will focus on securing funds and growing revenue through community engagement and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and deliver memorable and impactful events that exceed financial targets. Ensure smooth execution, timeline adherence, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Community Development: Foster relationships with community fundraisers, encouraging them to organize their own events, challenges, and activities. Provide expert guidance, resources, and support to maximize fundraising potential.
  • Partnership Building: Develop and nurture relationships with corporate partners, local businesses, and key stakeholders to drive sponsorships and support for events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in community fundraising, event management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling engagement and inspiration of diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient project management and deadline adherence.
  • Creative problem-solving ability to innovate and improve events year on year.
