We seek a Premises Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this role will ensure the successful operation of the Client & Office Services business unit nationally, acting as a mentor and leader for all employees within the business unit.

Responsibilities

The Premises Operations Manager will manage the operational, support, procurement, and building services for the business while maintaining appropriate operational standards and principles across all offices to ensure best practices and maximise commercial benefit.

  • Oversight of facilities maintenance and building management
  • Management of support services, including mail and print services, distribution, reception, client floors, and meeting facilities
  • Procurement function management for Client and Office services nationally
  • Cross-functional coordination and oversight of national archiving and records management
  • Budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication, and liaison across all management levels
Requirements
  • Solid premises management and delivery experience preferably gained within a professional services firm
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and engage teams
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
