Overview

The Regional On Premise Manager (ROPM) is responsible for implementing the national business plan in the NSW region, overseeing 8-12 Sales Representatives, including 2 Field Coaches.

We offer a highly competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role requires an experienced sales professional with strong leadership skills to oversee our On Premise operations in the NSW region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the regional business plan to drive profitable growth through engaging distribution partners, direct customers, and ensuring efficient route-to-market solutions.
  • Leading a team of 8-12 Sales Representatives, including 2 Field Coaches, to optimize sales, brand presence, and awareness throughout the full On Premise channel.
  • Collaborating with the State Leadership Team to drive national and state consumer marketing campaigns to grow relevance for the brand in various targeted occasions.
Key Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 4+ years sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the On Premise trade industry and established contacts in the hospitality and event scene.
  • A strong commercial acumen, including understanding of sales processes and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional Information

This is a permanent full-time position with Red Bull Australia, requiring Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency.
