Job Title: Strategy & Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to drive growth in our fast-paced, dynamic business. As a key member of the Marketplace Operations team, you will tackle complex problems involving strategic decisions, analytical rigor and close collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

This role requires driving large-scale commercial outcomes while developing a comprehensive understanding of our 3-sided marketplace (Consumers, Delivery People and Merchants). You will be responsible for setting strategy, optimizing consumer pricing levers, product rollouts and measuring impact with senior stakeholders.

As part of this role, you will help millions of people add time back in their day with delicious food and critical conveniences, and provide earnings opportunities to hundreds of thousands more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy and execution of critical elements of our consumer pricing strategy
  • Lead roll outs of global products, processes and programs
  • Build critical stakeholder relationships in local and global teams
  • Take complex problems and break them down into actionable solutions, backed by data and insights
  • Perform analysis to inform recommendations on key strategic questions, and present to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Quantitative degree and background in pricing strategy or other analytical role
  • Analytics experience dealing with complex data sets using Excel/Google Sheets
  • Problem solving ability to break down ambiguous problems and apply structure
  • Ownership and delivery ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and complete tasks with attention to detail
